Fuel stock and leak monitoring for forecourts and fleet fuelling sites. Franklin Fueling Systems’ EVO ONE packages combine a touchscreen tank gauge, Universal Liquid Sensors and probe accessories, with electronic line leak detection included on ELLD models.
Check the product title for the package being ordered. Tank probes, probe risers, field wiring and the required field-wiring encapsulation kits are sold separately.
Monitor your fuel system
- Tank inventory: connect suitable probes to monitor fuel and water levels and support delivery planning.
- Liquid detection: included Universal Liquid Sensors (ULS) detect liquid in suitable sumps and containment spaces.
- Remote access: built-in FFS PRO Connect lets authorised users check tank conditions, sensors and alarms through a web browser.
- Reports: review inventory, delivery and alarm history, with scheduled email reporting.
- Local operation: a 7-inch colour touchscreen provides access to system information and settings.
Package options
Every package includes one EVO ONE console. The table below identifies the sensor and line-monitoring equipment supplied with each option.
Probe accessories included
- 2-tank packages: two 2-inch probe installation kits, one 2-inch petrol float kit and one 2-inch diesel float kit.
- 4-tank packages: four 2-inch probe installation kits, three 2-inch petrol float kits and one 2-inch diesel float kit.
Confirm that the supplied float combination matches the fuel grades in your tanks.
Order separately to complete the installation
- Tank probes: select the required length for each tank’s depth and mounting arrangement. Choose inventory-only or leak-detection probes to suit the monitoring requirement.
- Probe risers: select the riser pipework required for the tank installation.
- Field wiring: provide suitable cable in accordance with Franklin’s installation requirements.
- Encapsulation kits: provide the required kits for field-wiring connections.
The included probe installation kits do not include these separately ordered items.
Selection and connectivity
ELLD models use pressure transducers to monitor compatible pressurised primary fuel lines. Confirm suitability for the pump and pipework arrangement before ordering. ULS sensors provide separate liquid detection at their installed locations.
Tank-testing functions require suitable leak-detection probes and an appropriate installation. Remote browser access and email reporting require suitable network connectivity and configuration.
For selection guidance, send PFS your tank depths, fuel grades, sensor requirements and pump arrangement.
