DISCRIMINATING INTERSTITIAL SENSOR (Not compatible with EVO200/400 or UDP boards)

The Discriminating Interstitial Sensor (DIS) is engineered for installation within the interstitial spaces of steel and fiberglass double-wall tanks and sumps. It effectively detects the presence of various liquids, providing critical monitoring to ensure environmental safety and compliance.

This model is for EVO550/5000 consoles only and requires a 3 Wire sensor board

• Advanced detection technology: Utilizes a light beam within the probe to determine if the sensor is wet, ensuring accurate liquid detection.
• Integrated microprocessor: Interprets readings and communicates data directly to EVO™ Series Automatic Tank Gauges (ATGs) for real-time monitoring.
• Fail-safe digital communications: Features a built-in alarm to notify of sensor malfunctions, enhancing system reliability.
• Comprehensive alarm indicators: Provides alerts for petroleum presence, water presence, and sensor malfunctions.
• Extended cable length: Each DIS includes 25' (7.6 m) of oil-resistant cable, facilitating flexible installation options.
• Versatile installation: For fiberglass tanks, the DIS can be pulled into the interstitial space using a fish string or wire. For steel interstitial tanks, it can be lowered directly to the bottom through a 2" NPT fitting. Optional installation kits are available, including riser caps and other necessary components.

Note:
- The FMP-DIS-U connects to the probe module, while the FMP-DIS connects to the 3-wire sensor module.
