Permatex® 77124 – Nickel Anti-Seize Compound (High Temperature / Heavy Duty)
Permatex 77124 Nickel Anti-Seize is a heavy-duty, high-temperature anti-seize compound designed to prevent seizure, galling and corrosion on threaded fasteners and fittings – especially on stainless steel and similar alloys. It leaves a protective film that helps parts come apart later, even after exposure to heat, pressure and harsh environments.

Temperature range: -54°C to 1316°C (high temperature resistance)
Recommended for use with stainless steel, titanium and nickel alloys, and where copper contamination must be avoided.
Typical uses
- Threaded fasteners and fittings exposed to high heat or extreme pressure
- Pumps, sensors, valves, nuts and bolts in high-temperature service
- Automotive/high-heat assemblies (e.g. exhaust fasteners, clamps and joints)

How to use
- Clean mating surfaces before application (best on clean, dry threads).

- Assemble using normal torque values and wipe away excess.
Important notes:
Not for use on wheel lug nuts or studs.
Not recommended for pure oxygen or oxygen-rich systems.
