Application: The Dixon BL072-BSPP Ball Nozzle is designed for high-flow fuel and oil delivery systems where BSPP threading is required. Engineered for industrial use, it offers full port flow control with minimal pressure drop and is ideal for use in bulk transfer operations.
Construction: This version features a 1½" BSPP female inlet and a 1½" BSPP outlet without a spout. Built from black anodized aluminium with a polished stainless steel handle and latch, it includes a Bayloy swivel, hardened carbon steel swivel ball race, and through-hardened chrome steel ball bearings. Seals are made from nitrile rubber and PTFE, with an acetal valve seat and stainless steel valve ball.
