A robust twin-compartment cabinet designed to securely store a fire extinguisher and spill-response equipment together on a road tanker or commercial vehicle.
The SKE/6/CC provides one compartment for a fire extinguisher up to 6kg capacity and a separate compartment for a spill kit with up to 30 litres of absorbent capacity. Keeping both types of emergency equipment in a single cabinet provides convenient access while helping protect the contents from weather, chemicals and damage.
The cabinet is manufactured from 5mm rotationally moulded red Microcene with reinforced sides and a built-in carrying handle. The material is chemical-resistant, weather-resistant, flame-retardant and UV-stabilised for demanding outdoor applications.
A chamfered base improves ground clearance when the cabinet is mounted to a vehicle. The lid is secured by a strong plastic over-centre catch with a retaining pin, while an earthing wire connected to the stainless-steel hinge and internal plate helps prevent static build-up.
