A wheel chock suited to the size of the wheel and mass of the vehicle is required for every ADR vehicle. Manufactured from a heavy-duty, anti-slip, non-sparking, highly visible yellow plastic tested to DIN76051 this chock is designed to prevent vehicles from moving in emergency situations. Suitable for larger LGV’S, HGVs and generally any vehicle over 3.5 ton.
These vehicle chocks are a mandatory ADR requirement under Annex B Part 8 Section 1.5 of the current ADR Regulations where it states “The following equipment shall be carried on board the transport unit: For each vehicle, a wheel chock of a size suited to the maximum mass of the vehicle and to the diameter of the wheel.
