2" Angle Check Valve.
Used to keep suction line primed. Has an internal weighted poppet valve which lifts when suction is applied from suction dispenser. Used mainly on above ground installations or below ground tanks in transport refuelling. No longer commonly used on retail in United Kingdom on new or modified installations.
