FuelPolish Purifiers
Continuous Offline Fuel Polishing for Diesel & HVO
CC Jensen FuelPolish Purifiers are designed to maintain stored diesel and HVO fuel by continuously circulating fuel from the tank through a CJC® depth filter insert and returning cleaned fuel back to storage.
They are suitable for backup generator fuel systems, data centres, hospitals, utilities, commercial sites and other installations where stored fuel needs to remain clean, dry and ready for use.
How It Works
Independent Tank-to-Tank Fuel Conditioning
The purifier operates as an offline polishing system. It does not sit in the generator fuel supply line. Instead, it draws fuel from the tank, passes it through the CJC® filter insert, and returns conditioned fuel back to the tank.
1. Draw
Fuel is drawn from the storage tank by the purifier’s integrated circulation pump.
|
2. Filter
Fuel passes through CJC® depth filter media to remove fine contamination and degradation residues.
|
3. Condition
Water, sludge, particles and oxidation residues are retained within the filter insert.
|
4. Return
Cleaned fuel is returned to the tank, helping improve the overall stored fuel condition over time.
|
CJC® Filter Insert Technology
Depth Filtration, Not Just Surface Filtration
CJC® filter inserts use cellulose-based depth filtration. Instead of catching dirt only on the surface, the insert captures contamination throughout the full depth of the filter media, giving high dirt-holding capacity and effective fine filtration.
Fine Particles
Helps remove fine solids, rust, tank debris and contamination that can block filters or damage fuel system components.
|
Water & Sludge
Helps reduce water and sludge build-up in stored diesel and HVO fuel systems.
|
Degradation Residues
Helps remove oxidation residues, acidity and fuel breakdown products that can build up during long-term storage.

Purifier or Separator?
Need Active Water Separation?
FuelPolish Purifiers are suitable for many stored fuel maintenance applications. However, where water ingress is constant, recurring or known to be a significant site issue, a FuelPolish Separator may be the better option.
