VEGAMET 842 Controller for two 4-20mA sensor input (With ATEX intrinsically safe sensor supply)

2 x 4-20 mA sensor inputs, 2 x 4-20 mA current outputs, 3 x operating relay (1 of which can be used as a fail-safe relay).

ATEX/UKEX approved for installation in an Ex-free area but with intrinsically safe sensor supply. Appropriate sensor can be installed Zone 0, 1, 2 (Class I Division 1, 2)

The VEGAMET 842 controller feeds up to 2 x connected 4- 20 mA sensors, processes the measured values and displays them.

A large display for data visualisation is integrated in the housing designed for rough field conditions.

With a VEGAMET 842, tank level readings in one or two tanks can be reliably monitored and displayed as level, volume and/or percentage full, when used on a single tank Ullage can also be displayed in litres, and 1amp relays can be switched based on tank levels, e.g. for overfill protection alarm activation or pump/valve activation.

Integrated Bluetooth technology means the controller can be programmed, commissioned and troubleshooted quickly and easily via the free VEGATOOLS smartphone/tablet app or using a Bluetooth enabled PC with free VEGA software.
