The VEGASYS gauge range from PFS Fueltec is a complete aboveground fuel tank monitoring solution for diesel, HVO and other liquids across commercial sites, MOD projects, generator fuel systems (day tanks & bulk tanks), tank farms, marinas, depots and refuelling installations.

VEGASYS combines a high-visibility gauge console with a choice of level sensor technology to deliver clear, reliable tank level indication, programmable alarms and relay outputs for overfill prevention, run-dry protection and third-party notifications. It’s designed to be quick to specify, easy to commission, and simple for operators to understand at a glance.

Why radar (vs pressure-probe gauging)?

• Direct level measurement: radar measures the fuel surface (level), rather than inferring level from pressure.
• High certainty: radar options offer up to 15m range with ±2mm accuracy.
• Standardise across projects: one radar model covers many tank heights, reducing selection errors and simplifying procurement.
• Works well on challenging systems: ideal where pressure conditions can vary (e.g., systems connected to dispensers / vapour recovery).
