PFS TransferSet high-pressure positive-displacement pump sets for diesel-transfer applications requiring greater discharge pressure than the standard transfer range.

High-pressure TransferSets use positive-displacement external gear pumps in a twin-pump arrangement. They are intended for projects where the calculated system resistance or required discharge pressure is beyond the appropriate operating range of a standard transfer set.
The pump size alone does not define the complete operating performance. Flow, pressure, viscosity, pump speed, motor power and pressure protection must be considered together.
The completed system must incorporate appropriate pressure protection and control arrangements. Relief-valve requirements, return routing and control interlocks must be determined by the system designer.
High-pressure TransferSets are skid-mounted and intended for internal installation inside a suitable weather-proof building, plant room or enclosure supplied by others. Any external housing must be separately designed for the site and operating environment.
