Packaged diesel transfer pump sets
PFS TransferSet assemblies bring the principal pump-set components together on a common baseplate or skid. Depending on the selected model, an assembly may include two pumps and motors, suction and discharge manifolds, isolating valves, non-return valves and a drip tray.
Duty/standby sets provide two-pump availability when connected to a suitable control system. The control philosophy, changeover sequence, alarms and external signals must be established for each project.

Standard duty/standby pump sets
Compact self-priming sets for common diesel-transfer duties, including generator bulk-to-day-tank systems and transfer between storage tanks.
Gear pump duty/standby sets
Positive-displacement gear-pump sets for duties where the liquid properties, required flow and system pressure make a gear-pump arrangement appropriate.
High-pressure duty/standby pump sets
Positive-displacement sets intended for applications requiring greater discharge pressure. The required operating point and motor selection must be confirmed before ordering.

Installation position
PFS TransferSet pump sets are skid-mounted and intended for internal installation inside a suitable weather-proof building, plant room or enclosure supplied by others. The installer or system designer must provide suitable access, ventilation, electrical protection, pipework support and environmental protection for the completed installation.
Available configuration options
Depending on the selected set, options may include a folded drip tray, drip-tray liquid sensor, duty/standby control panel, flow monitoring, pressure monitoring and integrated filtration. Availability and compatibility must be confirmed for the selected pump set.
