Diesel Polisher with 15/25 Filter - 250litre per hour capacity (1,000 - 20,000 ltr tank) - No BMS Connectivity

Filters & Polishers

Designed to be installed, off-line - i.e in a contained loop system off your bulk and day storage tanks - CC Jensen fuel polishers are designed to run 24/7 x 365 - continously filtering your diesel and removing water and particulates.
The in-built low-energy and low noise gear wheel pumps draw Diesel from the bulk or day tank (preferably from the lowest point), through connecting pipework, and presses it through the filter insert. The fluid flows from the centre of the insert, through the cellulose filter and returns to the tank.
The filter outlet port is located in the polisher base. The filtered fluid should be returned to the tank close to the suction pipe of the main system pump.
The pressure drop over the filter - and consequently the contaminant absorption of the filter insert - is monitored on the pressure gauge on the filter top or using an electronic pressure gauge or switch (which can be connected back to a BMS system). This allows the operator to easily identify when filters require changing.

C.C.JENSEN have been the global leader in oil and diesel maintenance for over 60 years - since it's inception in 1953 the company has grown to a global network of subsidiaries and partners, employing 311 people and turning-over 55million Euros.
CC Jensen polishing systems are trusted by industry globally to filter all types of oils - over 60% of all wind turbines use CC Jensen oil filters for their gearboxes, most global shipping merchants trust CC Jensen filters to keep their ships working on the high seas and the worlds biggest mines use their filters to clean diesel and all the other oils their machinery uses.
To put it simply - if you install a CC Jensen filter, you can trust it to work.
The Filter is the Difference
Other filter manufacturers use thin wall synthetic bag style filters, which don't do a good job of filtering fuel in the first pass and tend to let go of particles as they block. CJC® Filter Inserts on the other hand are thick walled and made of 100% natural cellulose fibres from sustainable resources: No metal, no plastics, and no chemicals.
Each filter removes particles, retains oil degradation products (oxidation, resin/sludge, varnish), and absorbs dissolved & emulsified and free water from the diesel.
This thick wall cellulose structure means all CJC® Filter Inserts have an oil filtration degree of 3 µm (micron) absolute. This means that 98.7% of all solid particles larger than 3 µm and approximately 50% of all particles larger than 0.8 µm are retained in one pass.
This is great news for your diesel engine, as studies have shown that particles of 3 micron or smaller can harmlessly pass through injectors and into the engine without blocking filters or damaging equipment.
Each filter also has a very large dirt holding capacity compared to the bag-type filters available on the market and can hold up to 4 litres of dirt.
